Head of Marketing

FlowBank is an online bank providing a platform for multi-asset class trading.

Strategy and team scaling

I joined FlowBank before they obtained their swiss banking licence. FlowBank received a FINMA licence in July 2020.

I built and led a marketing team, growing it from 0 to 10 professionals to support the launch of the new bank.

By driving a strong vision for the marketing department, I developed comprehensive strategies for all areas, including Digital, Advertising & Lead generation, Brand & Creative and Content Marketing.

Digital transformation

Led the bank's digital marketing transformation by implementing a CRM, launching FlowBank website in 7 languages, marketing automation programmes and newsletters.

Creation of a brand

Managed a brand identity project including creation of the bank's name, logo, semantic guidelines and visual assets.

BRAND CONCEPT

The name FlowBank comes from the concept and definition of the word Flow. Flow refers to the maximum level of concentration a person can reach when they are focused and absorbed in an activity. This energy and positive experience reflect that of the investor who has the focus and motivation to succeed.

VISION

FlowBank is an online bank that connects people to global markets. We believe that everyone should be able to achieve a state of Flow when investing.

MISSION

Our mission is to provide the tools and resources to get there.

Content Marketing strategy

Defined and launched a new content marketing strategy: newsletter, PR, online financial academy, SEO, social media and blog to increase website traffic.
