It addresses all Performance and Compensation aspects such as Salary Review, Bonus, Long-Term Incentives, Commissions, Benefits, Non-cash rewards and all key drivers towards Employee Performance and Sales Performance. HR, Sales and Finance leverage the platform to drive performance, retention, cost optimization, efficiency, compliance and… happiness among their people.
Strategy and team scaling
I joined beqom after their Serie A from Goldman Sachs. The goal was to scale and organize the marketing department.

I built and managed the global B2B marketing team, growing it from 3 to 26 professionals to support the growth of the scale-up company.
I was responsible for all aspects of the marketing and communications plan. I structured the growing marketing department into 4 teams: Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, Field Marketing and Enterprise Sales Development.
Digital transformation
Led the company's digital marketing transformation by implementing a new CRM and integrating it to the existing SFDC instance, launching their new website in 3 languages (EN, FR, DE), set up marketing automation programmes and newsletters.
Strong focus on lead generation
beqom has placed a strong emphasis on lead generation to attract new customers and drive growth. By implementing targeted marketing campaigns, utilizing advanced analytics, and leveraging data-driven insights, beqom effectively identifies and engages potential clients. The robust lead generation strategies include content marketing, social media outreach, paid channels, cold calling and participation in industry events, all designed to capture and nurture high-quality leads. This focused approach has enabled the marketing team to build a strong pipeline of prospective customers, fueling beqom expansion and establishing a solid foundation for sustained success.
